Self-reliance: working as well as having choices by yourself

Popularity: receiving awareness for your projects

Associations: working together with colleagues and also assisting others

Assistance: having encouraging management

Working Factors: being in an atmosphere which has excellent conditions

Autonomy: receiving minimal supervision

Assisting Others: providing help to people or even groups

Reputation: having high standing.
